Shadow of the Past by NutmegPirate Shadow of the Past by NutmegPirate
The AWESOME picture of my cyborg dragon!
I titled it particularly for the dragon's story, which isn't ever told in the story I put him in. He used to be a normal dragon, but he was injured in a war and escaped to another country. Dying, he was nearly torn apart by feral creatures such as wolves and wild mynx (huge cats). A sorcerer with a passion for clockworks and robotics discovered him and put him back together using machinery. The dragon became corrupt and wandered the land leaving destruction in its wake.

This is a dragon made of red polymer clay (Sculpey) with metal and silver clay elements for the cyborg effect. Most of the metal is just scraps or broken jewelry I've collected, with the exception of the watch gears. Heck, I even used snips of a broken A string from Vlad, my last violin. The wing arm happens to be a piece from an old VCR. :D The robot wing is just window screen material threaded with wires.
This happens to be the hugest dragon, or sculpture for that matter, I've ever created. About seven inches long and five inches tall at the robot wing.
